RATES 2019 - 2020

When you will make a reservation with us, you will accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions:

• Reservations are only confirmed after receipt by us of the first deposit amount.
• All rates are quoted in EURO per night,  and are subject to a government tax of 7% 
• Extra bed is available with additional cost. 
• For excessive use of water and electra/airco we will charge you additional. 
• A minimum stay of 5 nights applies normally to all reservations. Ask us for flexibility if needed.
• You will receive a 'Welcome Package' from Apt40 with important information after your booking.
